Location was OK. Hotel is a disgusting mess - lots of damage inside and out. Cant believe your service would recommend this place. The people, however, were nice enough.

I rode in on my Harley and a bad storm hit Baton Rouge. The hotel staff made sure my bike was in safe place where it would not be damaged by the weather. I thought their generous concern was an excellent example of the way customer service should be.
